Product Description
Laminated packing rings comprise 0.5mm thick flexible expanded graphite layers and 0.05mm thick stainless steel foil layers alternatively. The extent direction of each layer is vertical to the surface of the shaft or mandrel. It can therefore settle the worry worthy problem of adhesive and extrusion caused by the strip moulded packing rings.
Thus laminated packing rings arrange plurality of metallic foil vertically to the direction of leakage. This eliminates the transverse leakage to the packings.
It is suitable for sealing hot water, high temperature and pressure steam, hydrogen gas, ammonia, solvents, hydrocarbon cryogenic liquid, etc, except fewer strong oxidizer.
